Shine Collective boutique is a cute chic store nestled in the Clipper Hill Area of Baltimore. They sell very tasteful styles for the fresh fashioned ladies who want that that retro glam look. The jewelry in that store simply goes the hell off! Having stoned out necklaces and leather rosed earrings I am pretty sure a woman can find her best friend there.
They also have this vintage line called Catapult that has everything from classic vintage RL bags to great paisley dresses for the summer. When you enter the store I guarantee that you will leave with a bag or two. They also pay homage to local artists and decorate their space with eye catching art.
